The May 13-15 Western OWTS Exhibition and Conference was a huge success with 200+ attendees. All breakout sessions had good attendance, however, the main attraction seemed to be the presentation on the upcoming "Onsite Wastewater Treatment System Regulations" and the following roundtables. The state is planning 11 public meetings statewide to present these new regulations.

COWA will be developing comments on the proposed rules and asking members to attend the public hearings. Watch this website and your COWA Communications to see the detailed schedule when it is released!
