COWA UPDATE

The salient provisions of the NEW "California Onsite Wastewater Treatment System Regulations" (OWTSR) will be presented at a Tuesday session of the Western Onsite Exhibition and Technical Conference. This will be followed by two roundtable discussions on Wednesday and an Economic Analysis on Thursday. After all these years, is it six or seven, we will finally be able to see and discuss the OWTSR developed by the state water board. We can then decide if our years of contributing to the process has been effective.
